High Intensity Fit Camp Boot Camp

when: Sunday 14 June 2015 morning at 7:30am

where: the tiny little park right by Carly's Bistro

215 E Roosevelt Phoenix AZ





Here is what you can expect:

  • a good fun time
  • a 30min workout that follows principles of high intensity interval training

See you there.


Please note that I've never done a workout here so there is the possibility that the park will be occupied or reserved for some other purpose. Fingers crossed.

The details for our next camp is:
Time: 7:00am (get an early start to your day!)
Place: Tempe High School football field and track located at
1730 South Mill Avenue, Tempe AZ

What to bring:
  • water
  • positive attitude
  • exercise mat (optional but nice, a beach towel will do)

What to expect: low to moderate intensity exercise program to improve conditioning, fitness, balance, strength, agility, and flexibility. No equipment needed.


We'll be doing some walking, functional fitness, stretching, and plenty of aerobic conditioning.
