"Boot camp workout"


The details for our next camp is:
Time: 9:00am
Place: South Mountain Community College track and "field"
7050 S 24th St, Phoenix, AZ
What to bring: water and a positive attitude. Dress in layers in case it goes from cold to warm. I suggest bringing a small towel.
What to expect: High intensity exercise program to improve conditioning, fitness, balance, strength, agility, and flexibility. No equipment needed.
