Boot camp workout

The details for our next camp is:
Time: 8am
Place: Tempe High School football field and track located at
1730 South Mill Avenue, Tempe AZ
What to bring: water and a positive attitude. Dress in layers so that as you warm up you can peel off your sweaters.
Bring a small towel.
What to expect: High intensity exercise program to improve conditioning, fitness, balance, strength, agility, and flexibility. No equipment needed.
How much does it cost? Free for you.

The back up location for this fitness camp is Mitchell Park at W 10th St and S Mitchell Dr in Tempe.
