Boot camp workout


The details for our next camp is:
Time: 5:05pm
Place: Tempe High School football field and track located at
1730 South Mill Avenue, Tempe AZ

What to bring: water and a positive attitude.

Bring a small towel or a mat of some sort.

What to expect: High intensity exercise program to improve conditioning, fitness, balance, strength, agility, and flexibility. No equipment needed.

How much does it cost? Free for you.
