Boot camp workout

Fitness level: all types


The details for our next camp is:
Time: 8am
Place: Tempe High School football field and track located at
1730 South Mill Avenue, Tempe AZ

What to bring:
  • water
  • positive attitude
  • a small towel or maybe even a mat of some sort

What to expect: High intensity exercise program to improve conditioning, fitness, balance, strength, agility, and flexibility. No equipment needed.


We'll be doing some running, some agility work, stretching, and plenty of aerobic conditioning.
