Beginner's Bootcamp

The details for our next camp is:
Time: 7am (Beat the heat!)
Place: Tempe High School football field and track located at
1730 South Mill Avenue, Tempe AZ

What to bring:
  • water
  • positive attitude

What to expect: low to moderate intensity exercise program to improve conditioning, fitness, balance, strength, agility, and flexibility. No equipment needed.

We'll be doing some walking, functional fitness, stretching, and plenty of aerobic conditioning.
