The details for our next camp is:
Time: 7am (Beat the heat!)
Place: Hayden Butte Preserve
Park on Mill Avenue, between Rio Salado & 3rd Street, in Tempe AZ

What to bring:
  • water
  • positive attitude

What to expect: low to high intensity exercise program to improve conditioning, fitness, balance, strength, agility, and flexibility. No equipment needed. After the warm up, we'll have three options for you:

  1. walk up and down the mountain as many times as you feel comfortable within fifteen minutes
  2. jog up and walk down the mountain as many times as you feel comfortable within fifteen minutes
  3. sprint up, rest, walk down, repeat 8 or more times


We'll be doing some walking, stretching, and plenty of aerobic conditioning (running).
