The details for our next camp is:
Time: 7am (Beat the heat!)
Place: Hayden Butte Preserve
Park on Mill Avenue, between Rio Salado & 3rd Street, in Tempe AZ
What to bring:
- positive attitude
What to expect: low to high intensity exercise program to improve conditioning, fitness, balance, strength, agility, and flexibility. No equipment needed. After the warm up, we'll have three options for you:
- walk up and down the mountain as many times as you feel comfortable within fifteen minutes
- jog up and walk down the mountain as many times as you feel comfortable within fifteen minutes
- sprint up, rest, walk down, repeat 8 or more times
We'll be doing some walking, stretching, and plenty of aerobic conditioning (running).
